Sanlam Hybrid Capital Bond Fund moving to a new investment manager

It is proposed that the Sanlam Hybrid Capital Bond Fund will move investment management responsibilities from Sanlam Investments UK to Titan Investment Solutions on or about 10 October (subject to approval). It will also change management companies from Link Fund Manager Solutions to Waystone Management Company.

The fund will retain all the same management, philosophy, investment process and ISIN/SEDOL codes during the move, however it will be renamed once the transfer is complete. The new name of the fund will be Titan Hybrid Capital Bond Fund.
